About Darryl
Personal Background
Darryl Loyer was born and raised in the small town of St. Clairsville, Ohio where his interest in art began. He became involved with art at an early age and received numerous awards. Upon graduation, he was attended the prestigious Fine Arts program at the University of Cincinnati, later changing his major to Graphic Arts. He moved to the Boston area and started a Graphic Arts company and later a successful screen printing company. More recently he became a high school teacher and taught design and Visual Arts. Today Darryl continues with his Fine Arts/Oil Paintings with his wife Lauren and lives north of Boston.
He currently is an adjunct professor teaching foundation courses at Bunker Hill C.C.
Education
Darryl attended the University of Cincinnati for four years and completed his Bachelor’s Degree at UMass Boston (Summa Cum Laude - 3.85 GPA). He has always been interested in continuing his education and has attended classes at the following:
